“Walk A Thin Line”
It’s really too bad this recording won’t be on the forthcoming indie-centric Fleetwood Mac tribute album. This is a gorgeous version of a very tricky song — Bradford Cox doesn’t quite have Lindsey’s vocal range, but he sings the chorus with far more grace than most any man I’ve ever heard attempt this. It’s a really tricky song to sing, and the fact that the band never really played it live gives me the sense that even Lindsey could struggle with it on a bad day.
