Hack indie bands of the world, pay close attention to me: We don’t need any more lame, unimaginative approximations of psychedelic, shoegazer, or “ambient” music. We have enough, and most of it is boring, lazy, and transparently dumb. This decade is almost over; it’s time to move on and ruin something else.
