This is what they do for “A Sentence of Sorts in Kongsvinger.” Kevin starts the song wheeled out in a coffin, and he is resurrected, mirroring the theme of the lyrics. Pretty much every aspect of the performance relates to lyrical themes, though sometimes in sorta skewed, playful ways.
